Having a clean house is nice, but it’s not always easy. We know how to make cleaning easier: we’ve been cleaning professionally since 1997. If you do these things, you will get the best results from your cleaning attempts.
1. Always start at the top of the room and work your way down.
2. Clean rooms completely before moving onto another room.
3. Work on one clutter area at a time, and then move on to another clutter area.
A good cleaning lady knows that an 18 inch dishwasher is a must for any home, whether it is a condo or a mansion. The dishwashers that most people have as part of their kitchen appliance package are just not large enough to get the job done. If you have ever tried to wash all of your dishes from a party in one of these small machines, then you know the pain I am talking about.
With this machine, you can get it all done in one load. It is much more convenient than hand washing your dishes and it eliminates the need for pre-rinsing your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. This machine will also make quick work out of those heavy cookie sheets and casserole pans that you don’t want to hand wash.
This is an investment worth making if you want to save on water bills and cut down on your household chores at the same time. You will be glad that you did!
It’s time to clean your dishwasher!
If you use your dishwasher every day, you probably don’t think much about it. It’s just there, quietly doing its job. BUT – if you don’t take care of your dishwasher and clean it regularly it may not be working at its best and will begin to stink up your kitchen with an odor that is hard to eliminate.
To clean your dishwasher, first remove the filter from inside the machine and wash it with soap and water. If you can’t remove the filter, skip this step. Next, mix up a solution of 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of water in a bowl. Pour the solution into a glass measuring cup, so that you can easily pour it into the bottom of your machine. Don’t add anything else to the dishwasher before running a cleaning cycle.
Run a full cycle on hot wash (heated dry if available) with nothing but the vinegar solution in the machine. The vinegar helps loosen soap scum, food particles and grease in your machine and keeps odors at bay.
Once the cycle is complete, wipe down the inside with a damp cloth or sponge to remove any food particles that may have loosened during the cycle. If there
There are many options on the market for dishwashers today. When shopping for a new dishwasher, look at all of the options before making a purchase. Do not just assume that any one brand is better than all the rest. Some brands may be more expensive, but they should have a reason for the price tag. The best way to determine if that is true is to compare features, read reviews and even ask friends who also use dishwashers.
Dishwashers come in many different sizes and styles as well. They can be built in or they can be portable dishwashers. The most common size of built-in dishwasher is 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 35 inches high. The most common size of a portable dishwasher is 18 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 36 inches high.
A third option is a countertop dishwasher which comes in an 18 inch wide by 18 inch deep by 17 inch high model. This type of unit sits on top of your counter and hooks up to the sink’s faucet. It does not need to be hooked up to your plumbing system because it uses water from the faucet when it runs its cycle.
I have a lot of clients that have dishwasher. But one problem that I see with most of my clients is that they do not know how to use their dishwasher properly. You can clean your dishes very well in a dishwasher. But you have to use it correctly.
First of all, you should rinse your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher. All food must be removed from the dishes before they go into the dishwasher. That is what makes the dishes clean in the end is the wash cycle and not the pre-rinse in your sink. So even if you have a pre-rinse, you still need to rinse your dishes before loading them into your dishwasher. A pre-rinse only gets rid of large particles of food like rice or pasta that could clog up your drain if it is left on. But small particles like sauce or grease are still there and will get spread all over your clean dishes during the wash cycle if they are not rinsed off first. Also, all pieces of silverware should be placed facing down so they can get cleaned properly as well as any other items such as plastic lids from Tupperware, cups, etc…
The second thing you should do is to load your dishwasher
When people ask me what size dishwasher they should get, I advise them to make sure it’s at least 18″ wide. You can fit a lot more dishes in a larger machine, and it will save you time by having to run it less frequently. Also, make sure you load the dishes properly: face up and in concentric circles.
I really want to share a tip with you about how to save time when you clean your dishes.
Here’s the thing: an 18 inch dishwasher wasn’t made for cleaning dishes. It was made for washing pots, pans and serving trays.
Yep, that’s right… in fact, many people just call them pot and pan washers instead of dishwashers. That’s because they are better at cleaning pots and pans than they are at cleaning dishes.
